Shipping & Return Policy
Our goal is to process your order within 3-5 days, excluding weekends or holidays. For international orders, please note that while we will make every effort to provide all the necessary documentation, if your packages are delayed at customs, it is completely beyond our control.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout for domestic orders under $100. We will contact you if your order exceeds $100 to calculate the shipping charges. For International orders, please contact us by email at email@example.com to calculate rates and place orders. All rates are subject to change.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided that the merchandise is unmarked, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition. A receipt must be presented in order to obtain full credit for the purchase price minus shipping charges.
If you are contacting us because you received a damaged or incorrect item, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Item ID and Description
- Description of damage or defect. How, where, and in what way was the product damaged? (e.g. CD not working, pages missing in a book etc.) Please be as clear and specific as possible.
We will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide product description and a photo (whenever possible) so that you can make an educated buying decision.
If the package arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept a damaged package, please make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order to file a damage claim in the event that the actual product is also damaged.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any discrepancies, so that we can quickly address the issue.
Missing or Lost Items
We use the US Post Office, and in some cases UPS for shipping. Some packages may be delayed or lost for reasons beyond our control. Please allow 5 business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us.
